FINALIZING THE PURCHASE OF A POCKET LEOPARDS BENGAL
1.)~ If you submitted a non-refundable deposit to get on the waiting list for a kitten~
Once you choose your kitten, you then will need to let us know that it is the kitten you want. We will then apply your deposit towards the kittens price and ask that you submit a second deposit to hold the kitten for you. We mark the kitten as sold and take it off of the market. We will require payment for the kitten in full before the kitten leaves Pocket Leopards (or by scheduled spay/neuter appointment date, if applicable).
If you are late in making the final payment, we will hold the kitten for you for up to 30 days. If you still do not pay for the kitten in full (plus shipping if your kitten is being shipped) we will put the kitten back on the market and you lose your deposit.
NOTE: The deposit is non-refundable, especially once you choose the kitten and we take it off of the market. The reason is because we agree to not sell the kitten to anyone else and should you change your mind the kitten will become harder to place the older it gets.
2.)~~If you did not submit a deposit to get on the waiting list~
At the time you choose a kitten you will be required to submit a non-refundable deposit for the kitten you choose. Once you submit a deposit, all of the above info (in #1) applies.
3.)~If you are not on any waiting list but see a kitten on the website that is available and want to purchase it~
You must review all of our purchase info on the "buy a bengal page", then you must fill out the waiting list / purchase application. Next, we will contact you and let you know if the kitten you want to purchase is immediately available or if there are people on the waiting list that are interested in the cat. Many times, the cat will seem available but it might not be because we are waiting for people on the list to make a decision on weather or not to purchase or pass on the kitten. If the kitten is available, you must submit a deposit for the kitten and the info. in #1 applies to your purchase as well.
